Job Overview:The GPS Deployment Leader is responsible for leading resource management within the assigned Offering Portfolio/ Sectors. This includes: Leading the delivery of all resource management processes and services for the OP

Leading and managing their assigned GPS resource management team

This leader is expected to lead the resource management team to serve as the "gold standard" in operational efficiency, process excellence, and customer experience. This individual helps lead the priorities and activities of the RM Managers within the region, and provides direction, guidance, and support to these managers as they lead their respective GPS RM team.The GPS Deployment Leader leads by example in service excellence to the business and to other areas of Talent. See below for additional details on the specific responsibilities of the role.Job Responsibilities:Deployment Leader:Champion GPS mission and vision in delivering RM services for the OP

Develop and maintain a team culture of high performance, high efficiency, high quality work product, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service

Partner closely with the appropriate Business and Talent Leaders to ensure seamless Talent support for the business

Communicate notable trends in availability and demand to the Operations Leaders and Deployment Partners - for all Practices

Provide structure, direction, and guidance to RM Managers and Lead RMs as they manage daily activities of broader resource management team

Develop actively the leadership and management skills of the RM Managers and Lead RMs

Ensure seamless collaboration, frequent communication, and process consistency between US and USI Resource Managers, as well as other Talent Channels (recruiting, TBA, ELE)

Ensure OP RMs are appropriately and consistently leveraging and collaborating with RMIS team

Ensure GPS is maintaining strong practitioner relationships, as well as detailed knowledge of practitioner skills and preferences

Serve as a Coach to RM Managers

Advise on the RM learning and development curriculum, and support the development and delivery of learning programs

Ensures the GPS Managers are meeting or exceeding CTS expectations in the following aspects of the RM role:

Executing resource management processes

Maintaining knowledge of practitioner skills, goals, and preferences

Developing practitioners through deployment

Working with RM tools and technology

Leveraging the RMIS Team effectively

Maintaining knowledge of our business (operating model, service offerings, skills, etc.)

Maintaining understanding of practice operations

Collaborating effectively with Business Advisors and other CTS organizations

Participating in practitioner performance management process

Participating in ongoing RM learning and development activities

Expected Skills and Qualifications:

BA or BS undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university

Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in related role(s)

Strong preference for client service experience in a professional services organization

Strong leadership and people management skills

Ability to manage team performance and deliver clear, effective feedback

Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills

Strong conflict resolution skills, including the abilities to negotiate and influence others

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level audiences

Ability to manage and resolve complex and sensitive situations

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks appropriately

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with large teams

Ability to manage confidential information appropriately and professionally

Strong competency in core professional skills, especially: attention to detail, responsiveness, follow through, flexibility, initiative, and tact

Strong proficiency with MS Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
