Retail Merchandiser - Pet Stores - PT + flexible (Chamberlain, SD)

CLA, the premier pet product service agency, is building a team of passionate and energetic Pet Product Merchandisers to represent our various pet product lines at local pet specialty stores near you!

Duties include: Building relationships in stores by serving as a liaison between our clients and the store associates.

Promoting sales and brand awareness by delivering customer service through product education.

Ensuring client products are in distribution, properly rotated and well represented in retail stores.

Taking pictures of displays to be uploaded in to store call reports.

Scheduling monthly assignments and submitting survey reports online.

Traveling to multiple stores each month within an assigned territory.

Performing new store sets, resets, cut-ins and planogram updates as needed. Requirements include: Must have reliable transportation and travel to multiple stores to complete assigned work each month.

Access to a PC with reliable internet connection, a printer and a camera or smart device for completing online training, submitting store call surveys online and uploading photos to reports.

Previous retail merchandising, sales, demo and/or customer service experience is required.

Previous experience performing resets and reading planograms is HIGHLY preferred .

Must exhibit a professional demeanor with no visible tattoos or facial piercings, have good communication skills, follow written directions and work independently to meet required deadlines.

Physically be able to stand for up to 4 hours and lift 50lbs. on occasion.

This is a part time role and schedules can vary based on store need. Your schedule will not typically exceed more than 20-30 hours per month. Most assignments will be completed on weekdays, but availability for occasional weekend assignments is also required. If this sounds like an ideal opportunity for you - apply today!
