Software Engineer - Lead Hybrid Seattle, WA

We’re looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to represent our clients in cross-teamsolution design discussions that shape the future of client BI (Business Intelligence) in business travel.What you’ll do:• Analyze requirements• Design, implement and support software improvements or new products• Write well-designed, efficient code, and review, test and debug team members’ code• Lead and mentor junior developers• Anticipate and prevent problems and roadblocks, and present technical issues and their impactto management• Champion creative, tractable ways to improve coding standards across the team and thebroader organizationWho you are:• Experienced in full stack software development including Javascript, Java and RESTful services• Efficient time management skills• Strong problem-solving and logic skills• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Self-starter, who can understand the eco system & kick start development• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile/SCRUM work environment• Proficient with Java design patterns, data structures & algorithms• Experience in designing, developing and delivering software and/or platforms used by otherdevelopersExperience working with data is a plus since the team's primary charter is to present our clients' traveldata to them in an insightful manner. You will use analysis of the data to drive solution design.
