Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman is seeking a full time Enterprise Services (ES) PM reporting to the assigned ES Program Manager or Director of ES, within the Defense Systems Sector ES PMO. The ES PM will lead and integrate various ES projects for the assigned Division or Function(s) for the PMO. This position is located in McLean VA, but entails matrixed management responsibility across the assigned Division's domestic and international presence, as defined by the ES Statement of work.This role oversees multiple programs and projects in support of the sector's shared enterprise services, information technology and program security statement of work.

  • Liaison between enterprise services and sector / program senior management to ensure alignment of enterprise services and IT strategy, proposals, and execution of business requirements.
  • Effectively interact with members of the enterprise services, IT, and sector functional, division and program leadership teams to optimize strategies in support of stated goals and objectives.
  • Provide direction leadership over enterprise services and IT systems activities in support of customer's strategy development and budget and cost management.
  • Oversee proposal development, staffing plan development, product and service acquisition and delivery, teaming relationships and communication activities, thereby ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead matrixed teams made up of resources from all IT disciplines. Information services may include the design, development, and analysis encompassing one or more of the following areas of technical expertise: IT systems and strategies, estimating and proposals, requirements development, systems and application integration, program security execution and compliance (including DFAR & Risk Management Framework) and related disciplines.
This role will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, processes, and other initiatives and serves as liaison between program management, other managers, and multiple project teams or individual contributors. Responsible for projects status, budgets to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.The successful candidate will support the ES PMO leader with operational decisions and will conduct briefings and meetings for internal and external representatives. Additionally, the candidate will provide input to division bid and proposal teams including working with contracts and compliance.This role will support enterprise technology solutions for Sector Functions and Divisions providing resources, tools and processes needed to meet the customer needs and contractual commitments of the program. This includes analysis and selection of appropriate operations tools, documenting and implementing industry best practice Service Desk processes and procedures, and maintaining an operational tempo to meet program needs. The ES PM will also closely collaborate with the ES Service Organization to meet/exceed Service Level Agreements identified in the IT Statement of Work (SOW).This role will manage the formulation of technology goals, policies, and overall strategy; and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure client-satisfaction regarding project and/or process goals and objectives and strategic initiatives.Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Information Technology experience with a bachelor's degree. Project/Program Management experience.
  • Prior mid-level experience on IT Projects with demonstrated independence
  • US Citizenship is required as well as the ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance
  • Demonstrated performance in working in a fast-paced matrixed resource environment while delivering a quality work product and having positive customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active or Current Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
  • Have experience working within a classified environment and understand how an infrastructure must abide by government requirements.
  • Prior mid-level or advanced experience as an IT Leader.
  • Experience with Lean-Agile methodologies
  • Candidate should possess good interpersonal and leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Experience in a high impact, business critical environment.
  • Be driven to deliver highest level of uptime and service to the customer base.
  • Proven experience with Network Storage infrastructure (HW and SW) and Network and host-based security and associated management systems.
  • General experience with Data Networks (WAN/LAN), open systems server, workstation HW and SW service platforms.

Salary Range: $101,400 USD - $152,200 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
