Apartment turn painter/Sheet rock repair (Newport News/Hampton)

Looking to hire crew members for apartment turn painting, exterior painting and pressure washing. Must be efficient in cutting trim, rolling, and prepping. Experience a plus, but not required. Will train the right person. Must have reliable transportation. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY

Prepping to include:

-caulking

-small/LARGE sheet rock repair to include finishing

-priming

-sealing stains

MUST have reliable transportation to and from shop.

Valid drivers license a plus but not required.

MUST be able to offload ladders and pick up 5 gallon buckets.

MUST be able to work off ladders.

MUST be neat and clean also be willing to clean up any mess on the job.

Experience rolling textures and spraying a plus but not required.

Must have own paint brushes and tools.

NO alcohol and/or drug use on job site or during work hours.

No cell phone use during work hours or on job sites.

Attendance a must, steady work schedule. If you cannot come to work daily and on time DO NOT apply.
