- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis & Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Good experience with Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Web-to-Case, Email-to-Case, and Omnichannel.
- Need to have strong experience with the Salesforce Lightning platform.
- Good experience working on Salesforce Integrations (Internal vs. External data sources).
- Experience working in medium to large teams in complex business or project environments with end-to-end experience of project or software development life cycle and direct end-user interactions.
- Ability to organize, specify, and model requirements to ensure they are complete and support global needs.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Detailed oriented.
- Strong customer-facing skills with good communication.
- Should possess multiple Salesforce certifications.
