Responsibilities:

Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.

Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.

File and maintain records.

Provide information about establishment such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.

Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.

Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.

Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.

Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.

Monday thru Friday, 29 hours per week.

Upon completion of internship, you will receive assistance with finding full time employment.

To be eligible for the training you must meet the following requirements;

1. Have authorization to work in the United States

2. Be low-income for your family size

3. Must have worked in Agriculture within the last two years or be a dependent of an agricultural worker.
