Answering the phone.

Customer Service tasks.

Scheduling work orders and dispatching technicians.

Working with vendors.

General administrative tasks.

3-5 Years of customer service and call center experience is required.

Dispatching experience is a plus.

Must be ready to work in a fast paced environment and be a team player.
