(Remote till covid)Duration:6-12 Months ContractSkills Must Needed :1) Oracle Developer (PL/SQL)2) SAS Developer3) Azure DevOps4) Azure Cloud PlatformRequirements:1) Experience in Oracle Database PL/SQL2) Excellent written and verbal communication skills;3) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related;4) Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies;5) 8+ years of experience as an Oracle developer6) 2+ years of development experience in SAS platform7) Ability to understand complex issues and facilitate resolution;8) Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;9) Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills. Responsibilities:1) Implementing the data model required by the application2) Creating schema objects and implementing rules for data integrity3) Choosing a programming environment for a new development project4) Writing PL/SQL and client-side procedural code that use SQL statements5) Basic SAS development experience6) Creating the application interface with the chosen development tool7) Conduct code reviews and participate in technical design;8) Analyze complex business problems, track down required information, document requirements, and develop technical solutions;9) Establish and enforce quality, security, and compliance requirements;10) Support business customers by providing insight into data warehouse structures Education and Knowledge;11) Lead and participate in highly complex projects with customers, managers and end-users12) Leads, analyzes, designs, develops, and implements modules under limited supervision; performs additional duties as assigned;13) Researches and integrates design strategies, product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities.
