SERVER P/T & F/T Seeking passionate hospitality professionals who have an insatiable appetite for providing superb customer service. Applicants should possess a: sense of urgency, positive attitude, be team oriented, and have an eagerness to develop their fluency of the offerings at Chashu. Qualified candidates with open and flexible availability are highly desirable.

BUSSER/BARBACK/FOOD RUNNER P/T & F/T Looking to fill key support positions for 150 seat Japanese Bistro. Job requires strength (carrying, lifting), a sense of urgency (timely clearing, running of food, restocking), and a positive attitude (infectious smile). Your role literally is the grease that keeps services running smoothly. You are a highly valued member of the team and a critical element for helping to ensure complete guest satisfaction!

BARTENDER AM/PM F/T Seeking skilled and personable Bartenders to bring their commitment to hospitality and vast knowledge of food and beverage to the FOH team. Our bar program has an extensive variety of Sake and an impressive collection of Japanese Whiskies in addition to a full beer, wine and spirits selection. Ideal candidates will possess an inherent sense of urgency, a great sense of humor, the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, an unwavering positive attitude, strong communication skills, honesty and integrity, and be available for a FULL TIME position with AM availability.

DISHWASHER/STEWARD F/T Several positions available to cover all service shifts. Duties include: working dish station to clean all dishes, silverware, and glassware with machines quickly, scrubbing pots and pans, cleaning floors, trash removal, light food prep.

LINE COOKS AM/PM F/T Seeking motivated cooks with an intense curiosity and passion for food. The ideal candidate will be focused on accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency. They will showcase their ability to work well with others and possess an inherent sense of urgency. Willing to train the right candidates who have less experience but display enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.

PREP COOKS AM/PM F/T Looking for kitchen support staff to help prepare items for full service. Under the direct supervision of Line Cooks, Sous Chefs, Chef De Cuisine and the Executive Chef/Owner the prep cooks will execute a variety of tasks which will include ability to work long hours on your feet, lifting 40-50 pounds, using sharp tools carefully and as directed, performing repetitive tasks. As a Prep Cook you are an invaluable member of the team and will be treated with respect and dignity.
