They manage the development, implementation and coordination of cutting-edge internet marketing strategies while driving merchandising product placement, pathing, promotion and content to optimize conversion and consideration. The team also leads on campaign management, product launch, online merchandising and end-to-end conversion.Key Responsibilities

Define and Drive short and long term product vision, strategy, goal setting and execution for the end to end digital and commerce journey for Dell.com

Work with cross-functional leaders at all levels to drive ecommerce product strategy, website experiences, and serve as subject matter expert, thought leader and trusted advisor with extreme focus on customer experience

Demonstrate deep expertise in the areas of eCommerce and digital experiences

Represent and serve the needs of 17 countries across global Dell.com

Help strike a fine balance between engineering and product needs to ensure long term success of products across the globe

Be a creative thinker who can enable the team to think outside the box to make difficult trade-off decisions on features, functionalities and roadmap

Work with cross-functional leaders at all levels to drive online strategy and serve as subject matter expert, thought leader and trusted advisor with extreme focus on customer experience

Work cross-functionally with business leaders in Consumer and Small Business to ensure Dell.com experience aligns with business strategy and customer experience.

Be a creative thinker who can enable the team to think outside the box to make difficult trade-off decisions on features, functionalities and roadmap.

Be a student of global ecommerce trends and support the identification and building of strategies to ramp growth categories.

Use data and customer insights to find opportunities, track results and drive decision making around website experience

Help the teams prioritize, negotiate and remove obstacles to ensure quality product launches

Influence and assist in the development of the CSB Annual Operating Plans and Strategic pillars that serve as guiding principles.

Support the building and deliver plans for sustained profitability.

Essential Requirements

5+ years of leadership experience in e-commerce and/or Online Marketing ( MBA preferred, but not necessary)

A track record of driving strategy, customer experience, commerce capabilities and performance management for a large scale consumer product at a global scale

Optimistic, but pragmatic attitude and like working in team/cross-functional settings.

Ability to communicate the complex in simple and understandable ways.

Excellent communication and exemplary writing skills and an innate ability to make very complex concepts and offerings simple and intuitive

Understand macro-business economics and be able to build actionable business plans and prioritize and categorize in complex and highly matrixed environments

Proven Leadership in a Fast-Paced, Dynamic Organization: A proven track record as a decisive, action-oriented individual, who has led cross-functional global teams to define and achieve high value objectives. This individual will have the ability to coalesce varied constituents and drive to achieve superior results on a consistent basis.

Business Building Orientation: possess technical knowledge and business understanding well enough to identify/define Services direction, requirements & gaps.

Possess a track record of having successfully delivered on complex projects and possess global experience.

Team Player track record of supporting and promoting team accomplishments with a proven ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization in a highly fluid environment. Must demonstrate the ability to influence/sell ideas and present alternatives in a convincing fashion to a mixed audience, from peers to executives.
