DescriptionThe Lead Product Manager considers, advances, delivers, and manages products for Medicaid markets that are closely aligned with our operational business customers. The Lead product manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial alongside the technical product manager.ResponsibilitiesThe Lead Product Manager Leads all phases of the Medicaid product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the market, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific success outcomes. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, and adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Advise functional strategies on matters of significance to direct leadership. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.Decisions are typically related to resources, user experience approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area. Requires cross departmental collaboration, and conducts briefings and area meetings; maintains frequent contact with other managers across the department.Required Qualifications3 - 5+ years' relevant professional work experience with project/product management or leading initiatives

Agile experience

Experience problem solving and consulting within complex environments

Strong communication skills with experience creating and presenting reports and presentations to senior leadership

Proven ability to influence, lead and collaborate across various work streams

Ability to engage partners and primary system users to co-develop complex technical solutions

Successfully demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment, with frequent and substantial priority changes, challenging timelines and major resource constraints.
