In this role, the Customer Service Representative will be assisting members and using computer-based resources to help retrieve information. Our customer service representative are the caring problem solver for each member that is calling for assistance. Will be responsible for maintain a positive relationship with each member to help them with whatever challenges they are facing by looking for data to help advice our members on the next course of action. To ensure success as a CareMore Customer Service Representative, they should have a friendly and professional demeanor (Hospitality is very important), great communication skills (Verbally and written), and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Ultimately, a top-class CareMore Customer Service Representative is friendly and efficient when handling complaints or providing great services to our members.Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Learning and understanding our company products and services that we offer our members.

Answering calls and responding to customer inquiry’sissuescomplaints.

Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues

Providing members with detailed information about their health plan benefits and services that we offer.

Provides external and internal customers/members with requested information.

Places follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer member’s questions.

Providing our members with a warm welcome, hospitality throughout the call, and a fond farewell on each call.

Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure member’s requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Seeks, understands and responds to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.

Required to meet department goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Previous experience working as a Customer Service Representative preferred.

Bilingual in Spanish/ Vietnamese preferred.

Friendly and professional demeanor.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software.

Ability to Multi-task.

Must be organized.

High-level typing skills.

Knowledge of telephone and call forwarding systems preferred.

Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way.

Ability to work from home.
