Haven Hill Mobile Home Park is a small mobile home park with 29 lots and 2 studio apartments. Most of the residents own their own homes. We are looking for a property manager to start immediately.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect rents from tenants
Sign leases with new tenants
Enforce park rules and resolve tenant issues
Advertise vacant homes and lots
Manage sub-contractors
Prepare and submit status reports
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have good computer skills
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
Prior experience as a property manager or park manager is nice, but not necessary
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive pay
Free lot rent if you want to live in the park. If you don’t, your pay will increase by the lot rent amount.
