Beneficial In Home Care is hiring for a Office Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator.
Medical and dental benefits offered after 90 days, 401K after 1 year. PTO available immediately. We also offer competitive pay, DOE.
The Office Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for staffing clients, assisting HR manager with the hiring process, and assisting with covering On-Call along with reception duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Two (2) professional work-related reference.
Ability to pass a “DSHS” Background Inquiry/” Watch” background check.
Valid Washington State Driver’s License
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow directions and retain information regarding this agency
Good organization, computer skills and detailed oriented
Must be able to work under a fast paced, intense environment and always maintain a professional demeanor
Ten (10) hours of Continuing Education required per year.
