The IS Back Office team is looking for a Project Coordinator for the Entity Shift Program splitting into 3 Op-Cos.They will need this Project Coordinator to schedule meetings for the program with 90 executives and VPs from multiple operating companies. They will also be using excel to keep track of meetings and stakeholders as well as powerpoint to create status reports.Essential Functions:

Coordinate program activities and initiatives in support of a large transformation program for Operating Companies

Assists with and distributes project correspondence.

Schedule and coordinate Program meetings and conferences. Attend meetings, record and distribute minutes when required

Assists Program Leadership / Management with Project documentation, including tracking the completion and progress of outstanding tasks and documents, when required.

Manages the systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of technical data and correspondence in assigned area.

Sets up and maintains project logs.

Works with portfolio management tools to support administration of the project.

Work closely with Program Leadership to produce presentations in various formats (PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) for distribution to stakeholders and customers. In addition prepare letters, memos and correspondence on project topics such as product roadmaps, legal impacts and reports, studies, proposals, specifications, tables, contracts, forms, architectural and engineering topics, and general office duties as required.

Collaborate with and support the Change Management team with distribution of training and product update communication.

Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:

Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook (current BRPH version), PowerPoint, MS Teams, OneNote

Must have good human relations skills, including the ability to effectively direct and relate to other people positively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
