Position requires one Saturday per month with the hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm with a 15% shift differential for all hours worked.Location: This is a telecommute position anywhere in the US. Ideal candidates will live within a commutable distance of an Anthem office.Our Maternity Nurse Care Managers have the unique opportunity to educate and support our pregnant members through individual telephonic coaching. This team is vital to supporting the success of each member's pregnancy, and we give you just the right place to be able to do exactly that!This exciting program focuses on the primary goals of:

Helping to lower the incidence of preterm births.

Helping to decrease occurrence of low birth weight infants and NICU admissions.

Helping to improve the ability of pregnant women to recognize signs and symptoms of complications and empower them to seek medical attention if necessary.

Helping to reinforce and support the physician's plan of care and improve adherence to prenatal and postpartum appointments.

Offer assistance with any antenatal or postpartum depression concerns through referral to our Behavioral Health Program.

Qualifications Position qualifications include:

Current, unrestricted RN license from the applicable state of residence.

Reside in Nurse licensed compact state preferred.

Ability to be license in multiple states on a timely basis required.

Minimum of 3 years, recent clinical obstetrics experience, including high-risk antepartum.

Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong computer literacy knowledge and skills.

CCM certification desired.

Certified Lactation Consultant desired.
