This is an exceptional opportunity to do innovative work that means more to you and those we serve at one of America's leading health care companies and a Fortune Top 50 Company.The Business Consultant will provide leadership and oversight in identifying and quantifying opportunities, directing an effective and innovative Continuous Improvement Program and supporting Governance across IngenioRx. Responsible for translating moderately complex and varied business needs into requirements. Apply continuous improvement tools and methodology. Partner with the IngenioRx business area's to create process flows, process maps and other documentation to complete assessments and SOPs; create end to end process workflows and identify and document the findings and improvements and define business cases to support automation. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

May lead teams of analysts assigned to complex projects. Determines specific business requirements to address complex and varied business needs.

Analyzes and designs solutions to address complex and varied business needs.

Work across all departments to identify potential projects, assess feasibility and implement solutions.

Lead performance improvement initiatives of multiple scale focusing on cost, efficiency and quality across all departments.

May work remotely, must be within a commutable distance of an Anthem office. Qualifications

Requires a BS/BA degree, 8 - 10 years of business analysis experience, which should include analysis, project management, 5 years of experience in business consultant with Business Process Analysis & Pharmacy Org; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Ability to travel maybe required.

Proven ability to influence and lead. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. Strong planning, organization, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Background in governance is desired.

A passion for process improvement and the ability to work in collaboration and always look for process improvement.

Proven project management/problem solving skills utilizing structured systems (DMAIC, A3, etc).

Certification in Operational Excellence Systems (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
