Powelson Consulting is looking for an extremely tech-savvy, outgoing, and high-performing Executive/Personal Assistant to our lovely CEO. This EA/PA will responsible for a plethora of duties, including some of the list shown below. Most importantly, it is imperative to note that this position will at times be incredibly boring or non-stop busy full of demanding deadlines and expectations. The life of a CEO for a multi-million-dollar company is highly demanding, but can be very rewarding. In essence, we are looking for an EA/PA that can not only keep up with our ever-moving, workaholic CEO, but can also anticipate needs and assist with making her life easier and less stressful!

This process could take 2 weeks or 3 months, it just depends on the flow of the workplace, and how the partnership works.
Some of the overall expectations, responsibilities, and duties:
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Assist with resume service, template reformats etc.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Resume writing experience preferred
Expectations & Additional Requirements
Strong experience in Microsoft Office Programs, access to own computer/laptop/smartphone (with an upgrade likely to happen after initial probationary period). This is non-negotiable and if you do not have this experience, please DO NOT apply. We would prefer not to waste your time or ours!
Strong ability to go with the flow and adapt to changing processes, policies, and environments.
Demonstrates the ability to work independently with very limited direction, anticipating needs and overcoming obstacles without insight/information from management.
Extensive time-management, coordination, and planning expertise.
