Our rapidly growing Chattanooga based Copywriting Agency is seeking a dedicated Project & Sales Coordinator to join our team. If you’re seeking a long-term position with the flexibility to work remotely and the opportunity to grow, this is an incredible opportunity.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

This is a part-time position (20-35 hours per week to start) with full-time potential, and the ability to work remotely. Starting pay is hourly and competitive based on experience. We only want to work with the best and are willing to pay for it.

The first 4-6 weeks will require predominantly in-person training at our office in East Brainerd. Upon completion of training, you will work in-office 1-2 days a week for 5-10 hours total. The rest of the time, you will be able to work remotely.

We are looking to transition this position into full-time within the next 3-6 months and are only looking for serious candidates who would like to work in a full-time capacity within the coming months.

As the Project & Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the CEO and Project Manager, assisting with the coordination of daily projects, communicating with clients and writers, leading sales calls with potential clients and handling daily admin tasks as needed. See specific criteria and responsibilities below:

CRITERIA:

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

REQUIRED: Has a minimum of 1-2 years of digital marketing experience (experience in copywriting and funnel-building is a bonus)

Has an intermediate to advanced understanding of digital marketing including Direct Response Copywriting, Facebook Ads, Funnels, Landing Pages, Email Sequences, and more

Can collaborate with team members at all levels to ensure projects are consistent with Moxie best practices, brand guidelines, compliance, and overall project goals

Takes responsibility for the success of the projects they work on

Ensures all projects are delivered on time to meet client deadlines

Self-Starter and Fast Learner - can quickly learn and adapt to working with multiple platforms and systems within our infrastructure including Slack, ClickUp, Google Drive, Active Campaign, WuFoo, Loom, Zoom, Toggl, etc. This is not a position for individuals who struggle to adapt to new technologies and systems.

Confident communicator - must feel confident speaking to clients and pitching our services

Keen attention to detail - we work with 100’s of clients all over the world, so you must be extremely detailed and able to manage multiple projects with many moving pieces

Reliable - as a fast-growing company we are looking for a key player who is dependable and willing to go the extra mile to deliver on all projects on time

Responsive - as you will often be working remotely, we must have open, regular communication. You must be available and responsive during our core business hours M-F, 9 am - 5 pm EST. We work under tight deadlines on all projects, so you must be a fast and frequent communicator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond daily to all client inquiries for projects and services

Book and lead sales strategy calls with potential clients where you will confidently analyze their needs and pitch our services

Post hiring announcements in specified Facebook groups as we need to add new writers

Assess all writer and editor applicants for hiring

Test and onboard all new writers and editors

Lead team communication for writers, including:

Project-specific questions

Slack questions

Creative Brief questions

Create briefing videos for complex projects

Regularly update our internal files: examples, templates, etc.

Collaborate well with Project Manager, account team, designers, and copywriters

Confidently assess all creative briefs to spot what is missing and determine what is needed from the client to complete the project

Take creative ownership (manage full ideation to execution cycle) and provide out-of-the-box ideas for marketing, team management, and training

Act as the final set of eyes on ALL copy projects before delivered to clients

Ensure all projects are delivered to clients in a timely fashion, meeting all deadlines

Stay abreast of copywriting industry and funnel-building changes, recommending new ideas and strategies internally

Coordinating website updates and changes with our web developer

Other administrative duties as assigned
