Private Equity Superstar (Nashville)

Founder of boutique private equity firm (hedge fund / family office) looking for a right hand operations and acquisitions superstar.

You will serve as a super talented assistant to the CEO handling any and every aspect of a transaction, utilizing our extensive network of bankers, CPAs, advisers, etc.

We work on;

- Healthcare company / software company acquisitions

- securing Tax Credits for ourselves and others

- Structured finance

- Allocating capital into real estate deals, precious metals, e-commerce turnarounds, software companies, etc.

- Overseeing operating company investments

- Raising capital through crowdfunding

- Completing our public market registration and filing

You must have;

- 3 to 5 years of stable work experience (not a job hopper)

- Desire to learn

- Great attitude

- Willingness to work very hard (long days, evenings, weekends, etc)

- More interest in upside and equity participation than base salary

- Detail orientation and attentiveness

- High intelligence and aptitude

- Sales experience a plus

- Finance background a BIG plus

- MBA a plus

- CPA a plus
