We are looking for an individual with excellent multi-tasking and organization skills for our Sales Support and Customer Service department. You are part of a team that is responsible for the our success through customer service, operations, events, and teamwork. We are a fun, dynamic company, with many different events, requiring a super positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn new things every day.
Ability to answer customer calls efficiently, take messages
With attention to detail, daily processing of invoices, credit memos and promotions
Assist with e-commerce, fulfill online orders, email and phone inquiries
Offer excellent customer service to your team members, helping as needed in different departments
End of day shipments, may share in folding, hanging and stocking
Keep the work area and sales office organized and professional
Punctual attendance and coordination with co-workers for breaks, lunches and time off
Required Skills
Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe DC
Prioritizing daily and weekly responsibilities based on sales schedules and events
Flexible with daily tasks based on needs of company and events
