Marketing/Advertising Operations Manager - Advertising / Marketing (Atlant a Metro)

Our Ad Agency is looking for a strong operations manager who can working on coordinating and fulfilling the advertising projects that our customers call us for.

We have been in business for over 2 years and COVID has resulted in a higher demand for our online digital advertising services. Several local businesses like furniture stores, jewelry stores, landscaping supply businesses amongst others sign us up to run their online advertising projects.

The ideal candidate is an experienced manager with strong creative design and ad design skills as well as the ability to coordinate contract resources who may sepecialize in photography, design work, video creation etc.

Your General Management Skills

1. General coordination, management , communication, coordination skills

2. Customer facing softskills to meet customers in person and via online meetings - we meet all our customers.

3. Ability to work and coordinate with freelancers via upwork and fiverr to get projects done.

4. Ad Creation , Ad Management, Development of Eye Catching Banner Ads and Content.

5. Ability to create powerpoints, excel, PDFs, marketing reports to present progress to customers.

Your Marketing and Creative Skills

1. Adobe suite of products for graphics design and Ad Creation

2. Strong knowledge of various marketing channels - Google, Facebook, Social Media,

3. Photoshop

4. Powerpoint and Excel

5. Google Apps

6. Email Marketing , Making Email Templates

7. Strong Communication and PR
