Senior Technician (Chula Vista CA)

We are a rapidly growling MSP. We have tripled in sales since the beginning of the year. We are bring on a salesperson and need to make sure our technical side can maintain the service level clients expect from us. This person will work in the field plus teach and coach our current technical staff in better practices.

The person needs the standard IT skills such as AD, AAD, routers and help desk

The specific skills we need are

-Structed building wiring

-Clean and neat wire runs

-Deep knowledge of VLans and subnetting

-Ability to coach and train others

-Write policies and procedures

-Willingness to work with the company's product line

-Experience with Azure Active Directory

Pay is based on experience. Must be based in south or central San Diego County.

Spanish is a big plus.
