Develops new care models to deliver competitive solutions that support access, affordability and quality for our members. Manage complex program design, execution and implementations.Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:

Lead product life cycle management of network product portfolio and/or provider capability enhancements, such as PCP and High Performing Provider initiatives.

Lead innovative network product designs that could include high performing networks and providers, digital solutions, virtual network and care delivery models.

Lead end-to-end network/provider solutions development, implementation and enhancement.

Identify system needs to support short and long-term network product and provider strategy.

Develop system requirements and ROI.

Conduct market, network, and provider analysis and develop improvement recommendations.

May lead effort or manage project teams in the implementation of complex regional and company-wide initiatives including portfolio repositioning, legislative changes, network/provider changes/ medical management program and policy initiatives.

Qualifications Requires a BA/BS degree; 5-8 years of product management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships is required.

Incumbent will be results oriented and possess the following: ability to execute, advanced analytical skills, a strategic mindset.

Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Provider Solutions, Business IT initiation and execution experience preferred.

Customer, member and/or provider experience preferred.

Product experience and understanding of execution/operations preferred.

Strong understanding of product, network, provider, systems, operations preferred.
