DescriptionFor the organizing champions, OfficeTeam is offering an excellent career opportunity for a dynamic self-starter as a General Office Clerk. This essential role performs various administrative support tasks, which includes operating office equipment and completing general clerical work. This role is a long-term temporary position for a General Office Clerk based in Concord, California.Your responsibilities

Deliver warm, hospitable customer service accurately according to appropriate time frames

Provide support to other employees with diverse projects as necessary

Place and receive telephone calls

Meet customers in a friendly manner

Demonstrate command of prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence

Data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing

Supporting front desk and receptionist duties

Requirements

Basic computer skills, including Word

At least 1 year of Office Clerk experience preferred

Strong time management and organizational skills

Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent

Competent in handling office equipment

Hard Copy Documents experience

Adobe Campaigns experience highly preferred

Background working with Adobe Acrobat

Solid understanding of scanning

Customer service experience

Practical knowledge of Packaging Materials

Closing Documents experience preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of Supporting Documents

General familiarity with Printing

Good understanding of Multi Task

Knowledge of filing

Adeptness in Scan Documents

Earlier work involving Microsoft Excel

Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
