Job Description
As an Ad Operations Specialist you will work closely with the Account Management and Analyst team members to prioritize, build, test 3rd party attribution links, and launch performance campaigns in a timely manner. On a daily basis you will manage ongoing campaign optimizations ensuring all revenue and creative updates are implemented accurately and help with any troubleshooting. You will work closely with our Commercial, Engineering, and Partnerships teams on improving workflow and efficiencies of the advertising campaign management.

Qualifications
2 years relevant work experience
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Experience with iOS and Android devices
Detail and task oriented.Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced and hands on environment
Self-motivated, go-getter with a positive and professional attitude.Naturally curious and a problem solver, with a creative approach
Charles software proficiency a plus, but not mandatory
Interest in mobile games. Knowledge of RTB platforms, tracking parameters and macros is a plus
Familiar with Jira and Wrike is a plus, but not mandatory
Bachelors Degree.
