Responsibilities:Will be handling about 50-80 inbound calls per day, depending on how long each call lasts.

This person will be responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to mortgage servicing questions.

Process payments, insurance documents and other items

Schedule: 11:30am to 8pm, Monday through Friday. Hybrid- 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. Flexible with the days that they can work in the office.Skills:customer service, customer support, customer service skills, mortgage, contact center, insurance, call center, bilingualTop Skills Details:customer service, customer support, customer service skillsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE:at least 6+ months of customer service experience. (Call Center Preferred but not required) Retail is sufficient

efficient in using a windows PC computer and navigating their software system (super easy to learn)

internet connection - (NEEDS TO BE HARDWIRED TO MODEM, WIFI ONLY WON'T WORK)

NICE TO HAVE:call center experience in a Mortgage or insurance setting ($1 increase in pay)

Spanish speaking agents (not required to write/type in Spanish) ($2 increase in pay)

DQ'S:no active internet connection

unable to work in the office

poor communication skills
