Complete Description Our client is seeking Phone Support agents for a short term contract (with possibility of extension or conversion to FTE) servicing a rapidly expanding customer contract. What you will do:

  • Take inbound calls
  • Resolve issues for callers
  • Route and transfer calls to escelation teams
  • Appointment setting
  • Work a regular 5 day per week schedule at our client's El Paso Office - 100 Stanton Street
  • Required Skills and Competencies
  • Computer literacy - comfortable using applications in a Windows based desktop environment
  • High attention to detail - able to enter data quickly and accurately with minimal errors
  • Competent using MS Word for document creation and modification
  • Competent using MS Excel for data gathering / tracking
  • Ability to touch type
  • Comfortable working in a high intensity environment
  • Time management skills
  • Self motivated to be highly productive
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to solve problems.
Working Conditions
  • Training and work schedule - 8 - 4:30pm local time
  • Works within a standard office environment with dual screens, computer, keyboard in a cubicle.
  • Extensive computer work with prolonged periods of sitting
  • Cubicles are spaced out for safety
Additional note
  • D ue to security restrictions, all candidates must be s and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • The first week of work will be a training week. There can be no time off during this week. Any missed work this week may be grounds for termination.
