St. Anthony School (SAS), a private catholic school located in Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii – educating children in grades Kindergarten through 12 - is in search of an Associate to join our Advancement Team.

The St. Anthony School Advancement team is under the direction of the Head of School. With a priority in customer service, the Advancement Team is responsible for marketing, fundraising and enrollment-including all logistics, events and implementation strategies.

The Advancement Associate (AA) is the primary point of contact with the SAS Alumni Program and, with the support of the Advancement Coordinator, is responsible for the alumni database and alumni logistics, as well as supporting the alumni events (Ho’olaule’a & Golf Tourney).

The AA provides support for all projects and events of the Advancement Team including press releases and provides direct support for the marketing plan by providing proofreading and suggests editing on all Advancement collateral including managing the photo bank and making sure that all marketing photos used have current students and staff represented.

The AA provides general support of all the Advancement programs and works collaboratively with the SAS administration, teaching staff and volunteers.

This position is a full-time non-exempt position working typically Monday – Friday but may require evening or weekend work to support projects or events.

Excellent benefits are a part of the compensation package. Hourly rate commensurate with experience and qualifications.
