The Staff Accountant is a newly created role due to growth and increase in transaction volume, will report to the Senior Accountants.The Senior Reporting Analyst will be a supportive member of the family office team responsible for working with other members of the accounting and tax teams, the Controller and CFO, and the family office team in delivering a full array of comprehensive services to family members. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:Senior Reporting Analyst Candidate Profile:

Prepare Balance Sheets in aggregate level, and by trust, etc.

Prepare Cash Flow Statements for various entities, trusts and individuals.

Prepare Cash Flow Projections and analysis for various entities and trusts.

Prepare annual Cash Flows by Trust – Budget and Actual, respectively.

Assist in Budgeting for various entities, trusts and individuals.

Prepare various investment reports (detail tasks below)

Maintain the investment reporting software and own the process (in near future).

Assist in cash management and monitoring various trusts and entities cash balance and needs.

Assist with Annual Trust Accounting Package preparation
