What we do:
Motivate Associates to be efficient, productive, and promote a healthy happy work environment
Lead the workflow of warehouse processing
Coordinate and lead the team to ensure all roles are being fulfilled safely
Report on daily production outcomes
Implement new ideas and processes that will drive overall efficiencies while leading by example, especially on the Warehouse floor
Job Requirements:
You have at least 2 years of warehouse experience
You are comfortable with managing a team
Must be technology/computer proficient
You must be able to lift heavy items (ranging from 25 to 100 lbs)
Flexible and resilient, you can quickly react and adapt to on the go adjustments
You’re flexible to work weekends/ and shift schedule changes as needed
