Customer Service Representative - $16/hour

Aerotek is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a company located near Longmont, CO!Pay: $16/hourHours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per weekResponsibilities:

Responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding their invoices (i.e. looking for problems on the invoices, updating accounts, etc.)

Main responsibility is handling all missing invoicing questions/concerns

May require outbound calls as follow up.

Qualifications:

1-2 recent years experience in an office environment (customer service or administrative)

High school diploma or GED required

Strong problem solving and computer skills
