Human Resource Generalist (Costa Mesa)

Greetings,

We are looking for a part time Human Resource Generalist to join our team. We need someone who understands CA and Federal labor laws and can set up and manage the HR policies for the restaurant. We are looking for someone who is comfortable coming into the office and working remote when needed.

-Non Disclosure Agreement

-Background Checks

-Digital Employment Files

-Human Resource Information System

-New Employee On boarding

-Manager Sexual Harassment Training Requirement (we'll setup in next 90 days)
