CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Part-time inbound call center position available for the right candidate with good verbal and written communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. All training will be provided. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Must possess a high level of enthusiasm
MUST have previous telemarketing customer service experience
Must work well independently with minimal supervision
Must be dependable and reliable - schedule adherence is important
Must be comfortable with computer and be able to multi-task (help customer while navigating through multiple computer screens)
Two shifts available
Monday - Friday 4.5 hour shift from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Monday - Friday 4.5 hour shift from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Must be flexible and available to work other shifts
