Welcome and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

Be responsible for special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

Certify completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures

Requirements

Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience

Receptionist Duties experience desired

Experience with Microsoft Office

Strong familiarity with Client Relations

Data entry experience preferred

2+ years of experience

Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

Incoming phone call management skills desired
