Flight Test Engineer Staff (Level 4)

Established test conductor or test director will lead program test activities and be a focal point for management and customers. The candidate will have full spectrum of tasking from proposal development through post flight test reporting. Will be required to customize test processes to individual customers and circumstances. Assess prototype aircraft operations for risk and assist in developing appropriate mitigating procedures. Must be familiar with Flight Test Controls and Flight instrumentation along with flight test analysis.During flight phase will be the primary individual for controlling test execution, configuration management, troubleshooting, and asset scheduling. Travel, overtime, odd shifts, and weekend work may be required.A level 4 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.Must be a US Citizen.
