DescriptionJob Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational vision for the designated Parks.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for ensuring operations are fully aligned with Company’s overall Brand, Team, Guest and Safety core values
Responsible for the overall management, direction, achievement of strategic imperatives and execution of park operations in accordance with company and parks’ mission, objectives and priorities
Establishes operating practices and procedures and ensures compliance to facilitate the team’s achievement of established financial, operational and safety goals
Develops, recommends and ensures successful implementation of short- and long-term strategic plans, budgets, projections, capital improvements, and annual operating schedules
Recommends, implements and monitors business model changes to factor in challenges and opportunities during operating season
Oversees effective use and development of management and staff while fostering a climate of diversity and inclusion
Ensures company policies are properly and consistently administered and enforced
Ensure parks operate within all federal and local guidelines
Develops and fosters strong community relationships and represents and promotes parks’ interests in various community and business related arenas.
Skills & Qualifications
Five or more years of proven senior executive leadership experience. Theme park, hospitality or equivalent industries preferred
Strong leadership, communication and financial acumen required
Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, able to motivate others, and have a positive attitude
Computer Skills a must – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
