Experienced Maintenance or Maintenance Foreman: Ideal candidate would have experience in Installation of stoves, refrigerators, etc, some plumbing, air conditioners, furnaces, drywall, painting or whatever may come up in the realm of the maintenance area. Good leadership abilites. Experience completing work orders in a timely manner and keeping track of products needed for repairs. And other duties as required.
THIS IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED Maintenance with HVAC certified, EPA Universal, experience with Boilers and Chillers would be a plus.
Requirements: Basic hand tools to bring to site, Driver's License and Transportation
-Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon- Friday. Rotating on call once perm
