Facilities Coordinator - Foster CityJob Description:This position is remote to start, likely to return to the office in January 2021. There is potential to convert these positions to full-time employees.Roles and Responsibilities:Preparing agendas, documents, meeting minutes, and actions for various meetings including owner/architect/contractor meetings and internal stakeholders.Assist the project manager in the implementation of Illumina governance policies and the execution of the project.Organizing and electronically filing project files for easy access by the project team.Ability to identify and resolve issues.Updating project schedules.Distribution of new drawings, changes, approved submittals, RFI responses, and other project information to all affected parties.Assembling and processing of change orders.Participation in project cost controlExperienceKnowledge Requirements:2+ years of experience as a project engineer/coordinatorExcellent listening and strong communication skills.Organized with the ability to move fast and embrace change.A strong work ethic and dedication to meeting project deliverables.Detailed knowledge of the project scopes with a 100% hands-on approach.Effective participation in a team environment.Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software (MS Project)Desirable:Experience with office and technical lab tenant improvementsThe ability and desire to seek out and resolve challenges that arise during and construction phases.Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, and VENA.Education:A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering or an equivalent amount of experience in construction management.ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
