You will participate in the creation of the next generation of IBM digital offerings for academia, focused on universities.The primary responsibility will be the production of digital training material, video capture and post-production, creating learning experiences using multimedia materials. Junior Designers should have extensive knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Captivate, Articulate360, Adobe Premiere Pro, transforming storyboards into a lecture journey, using multi-sourced assets and placing copy in layouts, creating demo-simulation environments for students to pilot test our IBM products. The main effort will be focused on instructional development using Articulate360 to develop a dynamic learning experience, including self-paced conceptual learning, use case exploration, gamification and knowledge assessment. Responsibilities also include the management of releases, maintenance and support.The emphasis will be working on the following activities:Design creative materials according to instruction providedLearn and maintain established structure for building and storing files.Translate IBM values, philosophies and principles into a digital experienceObserve and learn best practices for digital design.Design effectively for digital experiences: web, social, mobile.Manage multiple project plans and deliverables.Track timeReceive and incorporate feedback from internal teams.Outstanding attention to detail.Retouch creative materials (as necessary).Make text corrections to creative materials (as requested).Possess a working knowledge of design technologies and a desire for continuing education.Interact with international teams of volunteers working towards the implementation of the learning activitiesCTG (NASDAQ: CTG) has developed a reputation for responsiveness and reliability - traits that our clients say set us apart - since our founding in 1966.
