DescriptionA company in the Wholesale Distribution - Dur Goods industry is working with OfficeTeam to find a candidate with a strong sense of initiative and determined to start their career as a highly-skilled Data Entry Clerk. We are searching for a data-driven veteran who pays great attention to detail and looking to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be expected to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have quick and accurate typing skills and impeccable organization? Then this is the Data Entry Specialist position for you. This short-term temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Azusa, California area.How you will make an impact
Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources
Keep records of tasks, files, and progress
File information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product
Sift through websites for information
Track down further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
Audit reports and sheets of data
Requirements
Consistent typing accuracy
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
1+ years of related experience
