DescriptionAccountemps is seeking an Accounting Assistant/Customer Service rep to join a fast growing software company in El Dorado Hills! This Software company is expanding like crazy and they are adding to their team quickly. The ideal candidate they are looking for would mainly be customer support (inbound calls) to their clients and also have the ability to help with their accounting. This job would include:-Excellent customer service-Moderate to heavy inbound calls-Billing-Accounts Payable invoicing-Reconciling client accounts-Speaking with outside vendors-Working heavily off of excel.The ideal candidate would have 2-3 years of accounting experience with basic accounting knowledge, excellent customer service, excellent verbal communication, and work great with excel.
