Full Time Customer Service/sales position
We are searching for an enthusiastic and hard-working person to join our team.
We are a hearth products e commerce company. Selling and shipping fireplaces, stoves, inserts and grills nationwide for over ten years.
Job Duties:
Serve as an order expert to help customers find and purchase the perfect products for their projects.
Process sales orders.
Customer Service. May handle and resolve complaints
Reply to email inquiries from potential customers and vendors.
Perform other duties as required and assigned.
Necessary skills:
Excellent communications / phone skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Quick learner
Self-motivated
Sufficient typing skills
Good computer skills
Ability to understand installation manuals and retain knowledge.
Be trustworthy and capable of managing highly confidential information
Experience in the following is a plus:
Fireplace, appliance or Heating installation and/or sales.
Microsoft office Excel, Word, Outlook
Have prior e-commerce or online exposure
Marketing PPC, Social Media, Adwords and Email Marketing
Pay based on qualifications
Mon – Fri Somewhat flexible times
