Full Time, Maintenance Technician needed for Concord Austin Apartments, 348 units A+ property.

AC certification required. Apartment experience preferred.

Monthly bonuses available, great benefits and a great team atmosphere.

Pay will depend on experience and will range from $17 to $20 an hour.
