Skilled Roofers / Helpers (NWA)

In search of the following : Part time to develop into full time positions.

1 Foreman / Nailer : Must have own transportation; Must have 4 referrals for companies/individuals you have worked for in the past where you have related experience. Drug Free. Punctual. Dependable. Able to lead and manage a team of 3 men. This individual will be required to lead a team of 4 to finish up to 40-50 Squares in two working days not to exceed 16 hours. Added Bonus for finishing in an 8 hour work day. Will be required to have your own tools. This is new construction for one of the largest builders in NWA. There is plenty of work and we are looking for the right full time candidate.

1 Nailer : 15-18 / HR

Must have own transportation; Must have 4 referrals for companies/individuals you have worked for in the past where you have related experience. Drug Free. Punctual. Dependable. Will be required to have your own tools. Will be required to help lead man complete 40-50 squares in 2 days. Will pay bonus if job is finished early.

2 Nailer/Helpers : 12 - 14 / Hr

Must have own transportation; Hourly pay will be determined by previous experience. Refrences will be required by companies/individuals you have worked for in the past where you have related experience. Drug Free. Punctual. Dependable. Will be required to have your own tools. Will be required to help lead man complete 40-50 squares in 2 days. Will pay bonus if job is finished early.

This is Part time that will develop into full time work once crews output is as requested above.
