We are looking for a customer service oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Beaver Creek, CO!

Duties Include:

Manage & train Front Desk Supervisor as well as Winter seasonal employees

Assist the Property Manager with the duties of Association, Homecare and Rental management

Provide the highest level of customer service to owners and guests

Respond to owner requests

Prepare and post work orders and vendor invoicing

Schedule and follow-up on housekeeping and maintenance requests

Conduct arrival, departure and periodic inspections of units

Manage billable Association and Homeowner maintenance items

Must be able to be part of the (MOC) Manager ON Call program 3-4 nights/per month

Provide coverage for Property Manager on their days off

Location: The Kiva - Beaver Creek, CO

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour

Schedule - 3 rotating seasonal schedules:

40hrs per week - Shifts will depend on Front Desk Hour Needs

Kiva Front Desk Schedule:

Off-seasons = Monday through Friday (9am - 5pm) Closed Weekends

Winter - 7 days a week (8am - 8pm) (Possible 4 - 10hr/shifts)

Summer - 7 days a week (9am - 5pm)

Minimum Requirements:

Professional appearance and presentation.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Two years of college or trade school or suitable industry experience managing property operations.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to be organized and know how to prioritize.

Able to remain calm under pressure, juggle many things at once.

Ability to work irregular hours and days.
