Insurance Inspector (Tulare & surrounding)

Millennium Inspection Services is looking for local employees to perform Property Insurance Inspections in Tulare and Kings Counties & the surrounding areas.

The Inspector will be responsible for conducting exterior residential insurance inspections along with interior inspections (done by appointment). Direct and related experience highly preferred.

You will need the following items to begin:

- A dependable, fuel efficient vehicle with current insurance.

- A digital camera (5X optical zoom minimum).

- A 10-12 inch measuring wheel.

- A 5-6 foot extendable camera pole.

- A Windows computer with high speed internet.

The ideal candidate must be able to deal with a variety of people effectively, present themselves in a professional manner, communicate effectively both written and verbally, and have an aptitude for evaluating, analyzing and interpreting information.

The ideal candidate must also be able to work independently utilizing effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines (you must be available to perform inspections on weekdays during daylight hours). Must be able to navigate and use computer systems and applications, including internet and email.
