We do not compromise our values.The FBH Clinical Manager is an inspirational and innovative clinical leader and member of the FBH Site Leadership Team fostering and working collaboratively to forward the values and goals of the Family Behavioral Health Site. The Clinical Manager is responsible for providing clinical, operational and administrative system leadership and support to the Site Director, Clinical Supervisors and all direct service operations staff. Primary job responsibilities include: Site Clinical Improvement and Clinical oversight and delivery of authorized behavioral health services, individual/group supervision including clinical review of interventions and overseeing the safety of families enrolled in services. The Clinical Manager provides supervision and support to the FBH site in the Site Director’s absence and assists with managing daily clinical and service operations in all service areas and contracts held in that site. The Clinical Manager monitors clinical practice by CQI and performance tracking to include taking the lead for site quality assurance and improvement projects and initiatives. The Clinical Manager ensures high quality and clinically safe practice with high quality service documentation to support clinical work by providing leadership for chart audits and licensing visits, maintain clinical and administrative forms, and timely assurance of contract deliverables. ResponsibilitiesJOB SUMMARY:

Provide comprehensive clinical training to an array of staff providing clinical services to children/youth and their families with the most intensive service needs including: field coaching/mentoring in family homes, schools and/or the community, urgent safety crisis response and planning, team meetings facilitation, assessment and intake process, treatment planning.

Demonstrate knowledge of an array of therapeutic interventions and provide leadership to clinical teams throughout the site to facilitate the provision of a range of evidenced based and promising clinical practices and creative therapeutic approaches that support the overall treatment and safety crisis plan (including individual and family therapies). Ensure clinical teams are responding in real time to child/family need and modifying or adjusting individualized techniques to ensure the family receives most appropriate response to their therapeutic, crisis and safety needs.

QualificationsWHAT WE ARE SEEKING IN A CANDIDATE:

Master’s degree in Social Science, Mental Health or related field.

MHP and CMHS as defined by WAC.

6+ years of Clinical experience with at least 3 years of Supervisory experience.

Demonstrated technical ability with essential skills of supervision: coaching, mentoring, and directing staff.

Demonstrated ability to deliver completed product within expected time frames.

Knowledge of Wraparound approach, FP Guiding Principles, CCS mission and values.

Ability to persuade those with significantly different views with the ability to instill confidence in community partners.

Maturity, calm, ability to handle multiple disruptions, sudden shifts in work hours and days, shifting priorities.

Ability to make high-risk decisions in shifting, limited information environments.

Proven ability to flexibly respond while maintaining product delivery.

Demonstrated professional judgment and political sensitivity.

Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, auto registration and automobile insurance and an acceptable driving record per CCS’ driving policy (required to provide current driving abstract).

Ability to work independently in addition to working as a member of a team.

Demonstratesthenecessary attitudes, knowledge and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations.
