Human Resource Generalist

DescriptionHuman Resource Generalist needed for company in the Redlands area.Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for all new employee onboarding, initial company policy training, and processing all new hire paperwork. Must have a good grasp and understanding of current California Labor Laws. Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for employee benefit and 401K packages and managing open enrollment. This position will also be responsible for handling and processing all termination paperwork, and managing are requirements surrounding workers comp claims, leaves of absence, and unemployment. Additional responsibilities will include the processing of bi-weekly payroll and providing additional office support as needed.Looking for a candidate that is detail oriented, has intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills, and is a quick learner.
